Refund & Returns Policy – ZampaGo



At ZampaGo, your satisfaction – and your pet’s happiness – is our top priority. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to make it right. This Refund Policy works in addition to your legal consumer rights, depending on the country in which you reside.





1. Returns



Changed your mind? No problem!

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as:


  • The item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).



🚫 Please note:

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Last Units” are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed items are always protected under local laws.





2. Non-Returnable Items



We are unable to accept returns on:


  • Items marked as final sale or part of a “last unit” promotion
  • Gift cards
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products (unless faulty)






3. Refunds



Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.


✅ If approved:


  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).






4. Replacements



Did your order arrive damaged or with the wrong item?

Let us know at hello@zampago.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll:


  • Cover the cost of return shipping
  • Send a replacement if available
  • If not, offer you a refund or store credit, your choice






5. Return Shipping Costs



For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.


If the return is due to our mistake (e.g. incorrect or faulty item), we will cover all return shipping fees.





6. Late or Missing Refunds



If it’s been more than 7 business days and you haven’t received your refund:


  • Check your bank or payment provider
  • Still no luck? Email us at hello@zampago.com and we’ll help you out
